What to expect

Making the process easy for you

On contacting PG Lofts we will arrange a convienient appointment with you to discuss all the possiblities of your build project. We then go away with all the relevant information and create a work shedule and quotation the project.

If, at that point, you are happy to proceed we then arrange an appointment for our architect to view and measure your living space. He is there to discuss all the potential possiblities of your plans, and maximise the space you are developing.

Preliminary drawings are created and once you are happy with them we are then able to provide you with a start date and submit full plans to the local authority.

The average duration of a job from start to finish, is roughly around 8 weeks, for either loft conversions or building extensions. We will not leave site until you are completely satisfied.
